Returning to the Fetish Ball, Obi and Sinistre bring their unique style of Japanese rope bondage to the stage once more. Their fast paced and dynamic suspensions with an avant-garde edge will entertain and amaze. 

Also appearing this year alongside Obi is Trixx in her debut stage performance. Together they will captivate and shock you with a raunchy show that blends bondage, suspension and blasphemy!

Nancy Nightshade, Jonathan Nightshade and Harlow Lestrange - Fire Performance and more!

An alluring lover of all things dark, Nancy is an established performer who won’t stop short of providing an intoxicating visual gothic feast.
After returning to NZ with an extensive background in dance, theatre and costume design, Nancy attended circo-arts in 2001. Since then, she has established Pandamonium Productions - performing circus, dabbling in film/multi-media and playing with fire and other things naughty things.
Nancy founded Ayla's Angels in 2009 and has since become an iconic figure in the Christchurch Burlesque scene. A feisty red-head, don't be fooled by her slight frame - she may just surprise you when you least expect it.

Jonathon Nightshade - is a local Boylesque performer who trained at CPIT Circo-Arts. Currently focusing on “Freak Performances” that involve Dislocation, Blockhead, Contortion and more, he recently returned to NZ and has since gained a solid following in Christchurch as a popular Boylesque and Freakshow performer.

Harlow Lestrange - is a mysterious performer and a goddess in the Christchurch hoop, burlesque and fire performance community. Spinning fire since 2008, her unique style is self-taught and mesmerizing.
With a background in music her performances are intriguing, dark and energetic.

Bonita Danger Doll and Ruby Ruin - Sensual Bondage Performance

Bonita Danger Doll is an alluring, graceful and captivating part of the Christchurch Burlesque and adult cabaret scene.
An accomplished dancer, established singer (Chch Jazz School) and with a history in the local rock scene, Bonitas accomplishments are far and wide. Winner of Miss Congeniality at Miss Burlesque NZ 2011, she recently performed at the Melbourne Fetish Awards and is ready to bring the same to the 2011 Christchurch Fetish Ball.

For a walk on the wilder side, don’t miss Ruby Ruin - she ruins the hearts and minds of her many fans.
Originally from Holland, Ruby burst into the NZ performance arena with a blast. Whether it’s entering NZ Tattoo, Pin-up, or burlesque competitions - or working as a Fashion, Pin-up or nude model, Ruby is sure to leave you with a smile and a want for more of the same!

Absolution and Skindependent return to the Christchurch Fetish Ball for the second year running.
Based in Christchurch, the collaboration between them set tongues and tails wagging with last year’s performance featuring Lukas and Satomi Zpira, and will no doubt be 'hard' to top.
Working on the show for 2011 you’ll see jaws drop, skin stretched and blood spill - gore has never been so appealing.

Cydonia - Tribal Fusion Belly Dance

Cydonia is a Dunedin-based performer and teacher who indulges her passion for the darker side of belly dance. With a strong background in dance and theatre, she is a member of tribal dance troupe Khamzin Tribe and founder of Red Mars Dance Project, exploring experimental and dark fusion belly dance. Cydonia creates a dance for a post-apocalyptic world infusing gothic, industrial and otherworldly elements into a darker style of belly dance that is both ancient and contemporary, sensual and harsh, feminine and powerful.
