Winter Solstice Dance

Spread the word, the Winter Solstice is nearly upon us.

Once again we are happy to announce that the Winter Solstice is at Whare Flat, a sheltered manuka glade that rings with native birdsong. Come shake off the winter blues on the outdoor dance floor and dance the sun back into the sky.

The night of the Winter Solstice is renowned as the longest, coldest night of the year so make sure you come prepared. Woollens and waterproofs are a must and don’t forget your gumboots! If you really want to get into the spirit of the party a dip into your dress-up box won’t go amiss.
